Base: Modified Kawasaki KX500
The bore and stroke in this engine will be 95mm bore X 86mm stroke, from the stock 86mm bore 86mm stroke. The cylinder will be fitted with a custom sleeve. A custom Wossner piston will be used. Aftermarket, and custom parts will be used, and custom work will be done to this engine to make this happen. This engine will be installed in a tried and true championship winning modified KX500 hillclimb chassis.
This bike will compete in the 601-750cc class in AMA Amateur Hillclimb

Crankcases Machined for the Extra Large Sleeve. Intake Rubber Modified to run V Force 2 Reed Valve
These Crankcases will also be Clearanced for the 95mm Piston
L.A. Sleeve Custom 99mm OD Extra Large Sleeve. We will Pre Port This Sleeve As Much As Possible Before
This Sleeve has the '86-'88 KX500 Port Layout.
