Athena Two Stroke Big Bore Kits

Cylinder Kits
Kits include aluminum cylinder with a galvanic coating designed with larger water jackets for better cooling and a forged piston with molybdenum coating for the best in performance. Each kit also contains a special gasket and easy to follow step by step instructions. No machining is required.

"Race" Cylinder Kits
Kits include aluminum cylinder with a nickel carbide coating. Hard anodized power valves are also included (cannot use stock). Forged OE Style domed piston kit. Athena top end gasket kit with all required seals and easy to follow step by step instructions.

"Works" Cylinder Kits
Kits include aluminum cylinder with a nickel carbide coating and ported to factory works specs! The aluminum cylinder head has a removable bronze dome allowing for higher compression and anti detonation features. Specially designed, high performance, hard anodized power valves are also included (cannot use stock) and cast lite flat top piston kit. Athena then tops off the kit with a top end gasket kit and all required seals with easy to follow instructions.
